-add 10uL of each to three wells on the microtiter plate (96 well plate)

 

SAMPLES

-make a 1:4 dilution of samples (10uL of sample to 30uL of ddiH2O)

-add 10uL of each sample to three wells

Add 200uL of the protein assay reagent (1mL Reagent B to 49mL Reagent A) to all well and incubate at room temperature for 10 minutes or until color change is apparent.

Read at OD = 570 on plate reader
